Your wedding jazz band from the first drink to the last dance
A wedding has several moods, and a good wedding jazz band follows them. A solo singer or a duo suits the ceremony and the drinks reception. A trio keeps things relaxed over dinner without drowning out the speeches. When it is time to dance, the full band with drums takes over and fills the floor with swing.
Our repertoire runs from classic jazz standards and swing to contemporary songs, and we are happy to arrange your favourite song for your first dance. Because jazz is improvised, no two performances are the same, and your guests will hear something made for that evening.
A jazz function band built around your event
We are a collective of professional musicians from the East Midlands, London, Bristol and Scotland, so we can put together the right line-up wherever you are: a solo singer, a duo, a trio, up to a 17-piece big band. Themed nights are a favourite, from 1920s Gatsby to Peaky Blinders, the Rat Pack and James Bond nights.
Jeanie leads the band from the piano and the microphone. She won Best Newcomer at the Marlborough Jazz Festival in 2015, has sung at Ronnie Scott’s, the 606 Club and the National Theatre, and was featured on BBC Breakfast singing Bond songs at the Arc Cinema Beeston premiere reception for No Time To Die.
We bring the PA, backline, lighting and interval music. All you need is the space and a power socket.
