I was overwhelmed to receive an email from the sponsors of the Marlborough Jazz Festival telling me I had won their coveted Best Newcomer Award 2015!  Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me!  Notts TV picked up on the good news and invited myself and Ben Martin on guitar to come and do a number live on tele, which has to be the most bizarre and nerve-wracking thing I have done in recent years..

On December the 10th I was invited back to Marlborough to be awarded my surprisingly big shiny trophy at the Brewin Dolphin Clients’ do – BoHoP and I are booked to return to the festival on the 16th July – venue and time to TBC!
